Overview

As part of a larger shoot, Smith & Wesson added a last-minute request: a standalone launch spot for the Model 1854 chambered in .45-70 GOVT. With no formal creative brief and a tight turnaround, the goal was to capture clean, cinematic visuals and deliver a final edit in time for the product’s release, just six business days after production.

Execution

ROAM partnered with our network and the S&W team to quickly secure location, talent, crew, and gear for a dedicated b-roll capture day. The approach was minimal and product-first, letting the rifle speak through composition, pacing, and sound design. The project showcased our ability to stay nimble and deliver under pressure without compromising quality.

Results

The spot was completed on schedule and released across Smith & Wesson’s social media and email channels. Within the first week, it had already pulled in several hundred thousand views across platforms.
